
When we left California we asked friends who were involved with Cleansing Streams where there were churches in this area who had that ministry, they mentioned Vinelife.
We were welcomed right away and encouraged to get involved.

We had our children at home, so being a part of their birth, witnessing the strength and courage of my wife and experiencing the awe of God at our son’s first breaths.
Witnessing the Holy Spirit change and bring healing into life long areas of discomfort in my own and other people’s lives.
People who are hungry for God and are willing to look at the things mentioned above and to hang in there until He meets them in those areas of their life.
The joy of genuine conversation and those unpredictable moments that spontaneously occur.

Bill Johnson – He talked at conference about what we have been given (1Cor 3:21-23) and how if 100 people could get that he believed the world could be changed. I’d like to explore that with him over a nice meal.
To be vulnerable and transparent with the people in the classes and groups I am involved with; in order to encourage myself and others to deal with the issues of character that arise as we are all being challenged and changed by the increasing presence of God in our congregation.
I have two definitions, one is individual – time to be quiet, with as little interruption as possible in order to enter into more of the rest of God; the second is corporate- time to pray together, seek the Spirit for direction as to what He wants to do, to stop processing when we get bogged down and worship and pray some more, enter into the rest of God together,eat together, laugh together, etc.
That old ways of thinking can change.
What comes to mind is a moment in time, laying in this flower rich meadow above Rainbow Lakes watching clouds with my wife , Linnea. It was a peace filled, joyful day resting in the beauty of creation.

I played drums with an African Dance class and troupe for many years.
Right now it’s the people in our church who are willing to risk that they heard from The Holy Spirit and are reaching out to the non-believing community around us to heal the sick, give encouraging words and be light wherever they go.
